When we took over the role of managing the recruitment of carers and nurses across the UK for Allied Healthcare, the industry was fighting a damaged reputation. After embarking on an intense research project this allowed us to really get under the skin of carers motivations and issues. We worked hard with Allied to change internal processes and benefits packages and then launched a new nationwide recruitment campaign.

This campaign allowed us to use the insight we had gathered to develop impactful concepts and creative that answered real concerns and triggers. We reached a targeted audience via digital media as well as a wider audience via outdoor and press opportunities. We drove the candidates to an online recruitment site to view all roles and apply for positions online. We then developed an onboarding process for all new recruits to ensure retention rates increased and this allowed us to ensure that we were attracting the right caliber of employees for Allied Healthcare.
