Following CAS’s expansion via acquisition of 2 major aviation logistics companies, they were faced with disjointed corporate and employee branding. They had an urgent need to develop a strategy that would align the different brands and unite the workforce.

This included the complete employee branding toolkit, presenting everything from print design and advertising, uniform design to internal communications, plus a new website, staff app and other digital assets.

We created a staff app that brought employees together by making important company information available at their fingertips. The app delivered company news, job boards for relocation and training and development opportunities.

As part of the new employee branding toolkit, we redesigned the uniforms across the entire company network. This consistent uniform identity was key in bringing together employees who had previously worked alongside each other, but under different company names.
