Branding the bank and launching the new visual identity with roll-out across multiple channels that included direct mail, print advertising and streamlining the new account application process through innovative information design.

Results were phenomenal with response rates from warm DM activity hitting over 25%, telephone enquiries seeing an uplift of 99% and internal cost savings of nearly 50% for new account applications.
