Integrated Digital Marketing for Kyocera

Kyocera deliver strong marketing support to their reseller channel through direct communication to end users; from large private sector corporates, across the public sector, to home office.

This integrated multi-channel campaign mixed online and offline activity through email marketing and a resource downloads microsite and exhibition display graphics. It was developed by Clarion to deliver the flexibility of adapting messaging to target vertical audience groups.

HTML Email Templates

Taking our already well recognised ‘paper-cut’ illustrations we developed a series of 29 HTML email templates with imagery tailored to specific markets across the likes of education, pharmaceutical and healthcare, manufacturing, finance, retail, local government, charity and many more.

Headline messaging within each HTML email template was tailored further through careful analysis and segmentation of the bought list data to deliver messaging bespoke to each decision making recipient type.

The offer within each email drove traffic to the microsite where visitors could access valuable white papers and case studies to help them in their day-to-day roles and aid the decision making process for their next print and document management solution. Users registered to access the downloads and became warm leads for the Kyocera reseller sales teams.

Bespoke Content Management System

We developed a bespoke content management system (CMS) to give Kyocera full control over microsite content.

The campaign was supported via offline activity through attendance at vertical market end-user trade shows where the messaging was adapted to specific market sectors, presented on exhibition display graphics designed and produce by Clarion.

Integrated Marketing
