Website Design & Build for Golf Event

With our clients, Srixon and Cleveland Golf, being among the headline sponsors of the inaugural event, Clarion were the obvious choice for the website design and build to promote the British Airways Pairs Championship. Offering a chance to win an all expenses paid 5 star golfing trip to the Bahamas, the competition proved to be a ‘must enter’ event for amateur club golfers across the UK.

Integrated event promotion combined online advertising, email marketing, PR and press advertising – driving traffic to the static HTML website where functionality included a payment gateway solution for event entry.

Alongside an impressive line-up of event sponsors that included the likes of Sandals, Tag Heuer, Sky Sports, The Daily Telegraph, Golf Monthly, Nikon and of course British Airways, Srixon and Cleveland; golfers from across the UK took part in regional qualifying competitions, with winners from each event enjoying the hospitality of Sandals Luxury Holidays at the world renown Emerald Bay Club in the Bahamas.
